Pseudonymous Blogging a Mistake?

In Penelope Trunk’s blog, Brazen Careerist, she offers this advice: Blog under your real name, and ignore the harassment

I’m not sure I’m ready for this, but I’ll consider her points carefully. I take on board the idea that “Blogging takes a lot of time. If you’re going to put in the time, you may as well do it assuming that you will gain a very big readership.” - I am far from convinced I’ll ever have a big readership, but it definitely is hard to find the time.
